• How is the 4CHPROR3 different from the 4CHR3?

  The PRO adds the 433.92 MHz radio, dry NO/COM/NC contacts, a 9–23 V DC power input and a 40 A total limit versus 16 A. The plain 4CHR3 only switches the incoming line and has no RF remote.
• Which remote works and how do I pair it?

  The maker recommends its own 433.92 MHz remotes, such as the RM433R2. Each channel learns its button separately: enable RF learning on the channel and press the fob button — the code is stored in the relay itself.
• Does the remote work without internet?

  Yes. The 433.92 MHz link goes straight from fob to relay, bypassing the router and cloud. Wi-Fi is needed only by the app — for schedules, scenes and voice commands.
• How do I set up interlock for a gate or roller shutters?

  Assign two channels to 'up' and 'down' and enable interlock in eWeLink: while one relay is closed, the other cannot switch on. For pulse-driven actuators use inching from 0.5 to 3600 s.
• Is there voltage on the output terminals?

  No — the outputs are dry NO/COM/NC contacts. The relay merely closes or opens the circuit: through COM you can route 230 V to a light or a low-voltage signal to gate automation or a boiler.
• Can I power it from 12 or 24 V DC?

  The DC input officially takes 9–23 V: a 12 V supply works directly, while a fixed 24 V source exceeds the limit — pick one inside the allowed range. Alternatively use 100–240 V AC; only one power source at a time.
• What load can each channel handle?

  The datasheet lists 10 A / 2200 W per channel and 40 A / 8800 W for the whole unit with resistive loads. For motors, pumps or compressors keep at least a twofold current margin.
• How is it mounted in a distribution board?

  The 145 × 90 × 34 mm case clips onto a standard DIN rail with the blue brackets on its back or screws to a wall. The PC V0 plastic is flame-retardant, but the case is not sealed — the cabinet must stay dry.
