• Can the two lighting groups be controlled separately?

  Yes, the channels are fully independent: each key has its own schedules, timers and scenes, and in a Matter ecosystem the groups appear separately — chandelier and accent light can run apart or together in one scene.
• How much load can each key switch?

  Up to 5 A per channel and 10 A for the whole panel — about 1100 W of resistive load per group and 2200 W combined. For LED fixtures the maker caps each channel at 300 W at 220 V because of driver inrush currents.
• Will my wiring support two lighting groups?

  Two load lines must leave the back box — to the L out1 and L out2 terminals; the box also needs line and a neutral for the N terminal, with a 10 A breaker ahead of the circuit. If the second group (say, the sconces) is fed from a socket circuit, a new line has to be run.
• How does the M5-2C panel differ from the MINI-2GS module?

  The M5-2C replaces the old switch entirely: new keys, adjustable backlight, 86×86 format. The MINI-2GS instead hides inside the box behind your existing switch and carries up to 10 A per channel versus 5 A on the panel. The choice comes down to whether you want the wall to change.
• What else do I need to buy for voice control?

  Nothing beyond the speaker or controller of your ecosystem: a HomePod or Apple TV for Siri, a Nest Hub for Google, an Echo for Alexa. The panel joins via its Matter QR code; no Sonoff bridge is needed, and for eWeLink plain Wi-Fi is enough.
• What happens to the lights after a power cut?

  The behaviour is set in the app: turn on, stay off or return to the last state. Schedules are stored in the panel itself and resume once power is back.
• 86 type or 80 type — which one do I need?

  The 86 type is the square 86×86 mm plate for the wall boxes common here; the 80 type is shorter (86×71 mm). The maker advises checking your mounting box before ordering: the two formats use different fixings.
• How do I build 'Evening' and 'Cleaning' scenes?

  In eWeLink or your Matter platform create two scenes: one switches the chandelier channel off and the accent channel on, the other turns both on. A scene can then hang off a voice command or a phone button.
