• Which probe fits a greenhouse, a cellar or an incubator?

  The probe is bought separately and picked by medium: the THS01 reads air — temperature plus humidity — and covers greenhouse, cellar and incubator; the stainless-sleeved WTS01 goes into water and liquids; the MS01 tracks soil moisture for watering. All three are in the CasaSmart catalogue and share the same RJ9 jack.
• When is 16 A enough, and when do I need the THR320D?

  For climate loops 16 A usually suffices: at 230 V that is about 3.5 kW — a greenhouse heater, an extractor fan or an incubator element passes with margin. Only the power side differs: the THR320D switches 20 A and takes 1.5–6 mm² wire versus 1–4 mm² here. Screen, probes, programs and dry contact are identical; pick the 20 A version for big heating elements or larger floor zones.
• How do I make the relay hold the degrees by itself?

  Enable Auto mode in eWeLink and define up to 8 programs of the form “below X switch on, above Y switch off”, by temperature, humidity and time window. The gap between thresholds (hysteresis) is adjustable so the contacts do not chatter on every tenth of a degree. The green LED shows Auto is active; a double press of the housing button toggles it.
• Can it manage humidity as well as temperature?

  Yes — with a THS01 probe the thresholds work on humidity too: above 75% in the cellar the extractor fan starts, below it stops. Choose the probe carefully: the WTS01 reads temperature only and the MS01 reads soil moisture, not air humidity. Push notifications report threshold breaches to your phone.
• The unit itself dislikes frost — how do I measure in a cold cellar?

  The relay is rated for −10 to +40 °C, but the probes take the cold: the THS01 works from −40 °C and the WTS01 spans −40 to +115 °C. An RL560 extension carries the probe up to 60 m (10 m for the MS01), so the unit stays in the insulated zone while the measuring point goes into the cellar or under the film.
• How many probes can it take at once?

  One — the TH Elite has a single RJ9 socket, and the manufacturer states the limit explicitly. A THS01 covers both parameters (temperature and humidity) with one probe; for two measuring points — say air and water — add a second relay and tie the scenes together in eWeLink.
• I'm leaving for the city — how do I keep an eye on the incubator?

  eWeLink shows live values, the graph and six months of hourly history with .xlsx export. Turn on push notifications for temperature and humidity thresholds plus the offline alert: if the relay drops off the network, your phone hears about it in 5 minutes. The thresholds themselves keep running inside the device.
