• How does the amber glass affect the light colour?

  The amber envelope shifts the output towards warm tones: even the middle of the 1800–5000 K scale looks warmer than a clear bulb would. At the full 5000 K you get neutral white, with the warm tint typical of vintage-style bulbs.
• What does the 1800 K floor give me over ordinary LED bulbs?

  1800 K is essentially candlelight; most dimmable LED bulbs stop at 2700 K. For quiet evenings or a reading corner this bulb drops to an amber ember an ordinary LED simply cannot reproduce.
• Can I use it with a wall dimmer?

  No. Dimming is electronic — from the eWeLink app or by voice; a classic triac wall dimmer causes flicker and can damage the driver. The wall switch must be a plain one and stay on.
• Is this an RGB colour bulb?

  No, the B02-F-ST64 is a bi-colour bulb: it adjusts white tones from 1800 K to 5000 K plus brightness. For RGB colours look at the SONOFF B05-B series; this one is about the vintage filament look.
• Do I need a hub or gateway?

  No. The bulb joins your Wi-Fi router directly on 2.4 GHz. On a dual-band router make sure the 2.4 GHz network is available during pairing — the bulb cannot see 5 GHz networks.
• Does it work with Home Assistant?

  Sonoff does not officially list Home Assistant for the B02-F. In practice the bulb can be brought into HA through the cloud eWeLink Smart Home integration with an eWeLink account; there is no native local control.
• Does it support Apple Home or Siri?

  It will not show up in Apple Home (HomeKit) — it is not certified. Siri shortcuts are officially supported through the eWeLink app on iPhone: create a shortcut and switch the bulb by voice.
• Can I control several bulbs as one?

  Yes. In eWeLink bulbs are grouped and controlled together — brightness, colour temperature, schedules. For a café or a room with a row of sockets, every bulb lights up and goes dark with a single scene.
