• How does the B02-F-A60 differ from the B02-F-ST64?

  Shape, light and output: the A60 is the classic clear pear at 806 lm with a 2200–6500 K range; the ST64 is the elongated amber bulb at 700 lm with a warm 1800–5000 K range. Pick the A60 for main lighting, the ST64 for mood; the electronics and app are the same.
• Why is this variant called Cyan when the glass looks clear?

  That is Sonoff's official shade naming for the series: the ST64 is Amber, the A60 is Cyan, the A19 is Creamy-white. In practice the A60 glass looks clear with a faint cool cast — the bulb does not emit coloured cyan light.
• Why does the manual say 700 lm but the box says 806 lm?

  The B02-F V1.2 manual covers an earlier revision with 700 lm for the A60. The current official listing and the retail box state 806 lm, which is the value we list in the specs.
• Does it work on Moldova's 220 V grid?

  Yes — this is the European version with a 220–240 V AC 50 Hz input, which matches the Moldovan grid exactly. Watch out for the lookalike B02-F-A19: that one is a 120 V E26 model made for the US market.
• What Wi-Fi does it need?

  2.4 GHz only (IEEE 802.11 b/g/n); it cannot see 5 GHz networks. On dual-band routers a temporary separate 2.4 GHz SSID makes first pairing easier. No hub or gateway is needed.
• What happens if I use a normal wall switch?

  The bulb turns on and off like an ordinary one, but with the switch open it is unpowered: app, voice and schedules stop working. An unpaired bulb "breathes" in pairing mode for its first ~3 minutes; cut the power after 10 seconds and switch it back on, and it shines warm at full brightness like a plain bulb.
• How do I factory-reset the bulb?

  With the light on, flick the wall switch through three off-on cycles at roughly one-second intervals. The bulb starts "breathing" — quick pairing mode — and the old Wi-Fi binding is erased. Five cycles instead of three start the compatible pairing mode via the ITEAD-****** access point.
• Can I control the A60 and ST64 together as a group?

  Yes. In eWeLink bulbs join groups with shared on/off, brightness and schedules, and scenes can mix models: in the evening the ST64 in the living room drops to 1800 K while the hallway A60 dims to 30%.
