• Does it need Wi-Fi or internet on site?

  No. The Cruiser SC 4G connects through its own nano-SIM to the 4G/LTE mobile network, so it works at a gate, in a field or on a building site with no router. This -TE model has NO Wi-Fi; as an alternative there is an Ethernet data port (not PoE) if a network cable is available.
• Which SIM card does it need, and does it pick up Moldovan networks?

  It uses a nano-SIM with a data plan, fitted under the camera's sealed cover. It supports LTE bands 1/3/5/7/8/20/28/38/40/41 (-EU region), which cover Moldovan operators. Check 4G coverage at the mount point before ordering; with no signal the camera cannot transmit.
• How do I power it if there is no socket nearby?

  The camera runs on DC 12V/1A, under 12 W, and has no built-in battery or solar panel. For a site with no fixed mains you can power it from a 12V solar-panel-plus-battery kit or a protected outdoor socket. On 4G the data usage matters more than the electricity.
• How much data does it use on 4G, and how much can it store locally?

  Continuous 3K streaming uses a lot of data, so we recommend event-based recording (human detection) and the sub-stream for live view. Locally it records to a microSD card up to 512 GB or to an NVR; optionally the Imou Protect cloud is free for the first 30 days.
• Does it work with Home Assistant or a third-party NVR over ONVIF?

  Yes. The camera is officially listed with ONVIF support, so beyond the imou Life app it connects to a third-party NVR, Synology Surveillance Station, Frigate or Home Assistant via ONVIF/RTSP. On the 4G link use the sub-stream, which is far steadier than the main 3K feed.
• Does it have a siren and warning lights for intruders?

  Yes. For active deterrence it has a 110 dB siren, two red-blue warning lights and two-way audio, so you can speak straight to whoever is in frame. Human detection triggers the warning automatically, or you can fire it manually from the app when you spot suspicious movement.
• Does it support Alexa or Google Home?

  The only official voice link for this model is Amazon Alexa; imou makes no Google Home claim for the Cruiser SC 4G, so we do not promise it. For open ecosystems the reliable path is ONVIF/RTSP into Home Assistant or an NVR. Day to day, the camera is managed from the imou Life app (iOS/Android).
