No. The C701 has no official RTSP or ONVIF. Viewing and recording run only through the Xiaomi Home app, saving to microSD, a NAS or Xiaomi cloud — there is no open stream for NVR integration.

Does it work with Google Home and Alexa? And Apple HomeKit?

Yes, it supports Google Assistant and Amazon Alexa voice commands, for example to cast the stream to a compatible display. Apple HomeKit is not supported.

Does it need a microSD card and what capacity is supported?

The card is not included. The camera accepts microSD from 8 to 256 GB (Class 10+, FAT32). Alternatively you can record to a network NAS or to Xiaomi cloud.

Will the night vision light disturb a child's sleep?

No. The camera uses 940 nm infrared LEDs with no visible red glow, so they will not disturb sleep. In full darkness the image is black and white, up to about 10 m.

It has no battery. It is powered over a USB-C cable at 5V/2A and stays permanently connected, which suits continuous indoor monitoring.

Set the C701 on a living-room shelf or beside the crib and its dual-motor gimbal sweeps the lens 360° horizontally and 109° vertically, covering the whole room with no blind spots. The 8 MP sensor records 4K Ultra HD (3840x2160, H.265 codec) through an f/1.6 lens, and after dark the invisible 940 nm infrared LEDs deliver a clear picture up to 10 metres. A noise-cancelling microphone and speaker handle two-way audio, while on-device AI recognises people, pets, a baby crying and unusual sounds. Footage records to microSD up to 256 GB, to a NAS or to Xiaomi cloud, all managed in the Xiaomi Home app with voice control via Google Assistant and Amazon Alexa.
