An apartment does not need a full renovation to become smart. Our apartment package is built specifically for finished, lived-in spaces: we work wirelessly over Zigbee and Wi-Fi, without breaking walls or pulling new cables. That makes it suitable for owners and renters alike — most devices can be removed and moved to a new home. We start with a free consultation to understand what bothers you day to day and what you want to control, then propose a scalable set you can extend room by room.
On the hardware side, we fit Shelly relays behind your existing switches and sockets, making lighting and appliances smart while keeping the current look of your home. For heating we use Zigbee thermostatic heads (TRV) on radiators plus climate scenes, and for sensing we work with Sonoff and Aqara — motion, door/window contact, temperature and humidity. Everything connects to a Zigbee hub and, optionally, to a small Home Assistant server, so your automations are stable and local rather than cloud-only.
Protection is the part apartments underestimate most. We add leak sensors next to the washing machine, under the sink and at the water heater, with automatic shut-off through a motorised valve, plus presence detection for lighting and basic security — motion and contact sensors that notify you when you are away.
In the end, you control everything from a single app, with scenes for morning, leaving, evening and night. The core automations — lighting, climate, protection scenarios — can keep working locally even if the internet drops, while remote access stays available when you have a network. We hand over the system fully configured, explain every scene, and remain available for adjustments.
Yes. The apartment package is wireless, over Zigbee and Wi-Fi. Shelly relays fit into your existing switch boxes and the sensors are cable-free. We do not break walls or pull new cabling, so the work is done in an already finished, lived-in space.
Mostly, yes. Sensors, Zigbee thermostatic heads, the hub and most devices come off easily and reconfigure in a new home. Relays in the switch boxes and the motorised valve take a few minutes to remove. At the consultation we tell you exactly what moves easily and what is fixed.
The core automations — lighting, presence scenes, anti-flood protection scenarios — run locally through the Zigbee hub and, if you choose, the Home Assistant server. So they can keep working locally even without internet. Remote access and notifications resume as soon as the network is back.
