Specifications checked against the linked manufacturer documents.Checked 18 October 2026
Screen size — what it meansTouchscreen diagonal in inches (1 inch = 2.54 cm). Not filled in for models without a touchscreen. | 3.95″Capacitive multi-touch screen [1] |
|---|---|
Built-in relays (channels) — what it meansHow many lighting circuits or other loads can be wired straight to the panel, as to a regular switch. A panel without relays only controls other devices over the network and goes into a wall box with no load. | 2Terminals L, N, L Out1, L Out2 — replaces a 2-gang switch [1] |
Operating system — what it meansThe player's platform: it determines the interface, the app store and voice search. Google TV is a newer interface built on Android TV with combined recommendations from different services; the system version is in the note and affects compatibility with new apps. | AndroidThe NSPanel Pro firmware notes refer to Android system settings; The Android version is not stated [4] |
Third-party apps — what it meansWhether other apps can be installed on the panel — for example Home Assistant, a browser dashboard or an intercom app. How (app store, manual install) is in the note. | YesThrough the built-in F-Droid store, no root needed; any app (e.g. Home Assistant) can be set as the home screen. Google Play is not mentioned [2] |
Audio and voice — what it meansWhether the panel has a speaker and microphones — for sound alerts, voice control or playing audio through a Bluetooth speaker. What the firmware actually supports is in the note. | Speaker, Microphone8 Ω, 1.5 W speaker; two digital microphones. Over MQTT, Home Assistant can play audio on the speaker and start microphone recording. No built-in voice assistant is described; voice control goes through Alexa, Google Home or Siri [1] |
Screen resolution — what it meansThe number of pixels horizontally and vertically. At the same diagonal, more pixels mean sharper text and video. | 480 × 480 px [1] |
Processor and memory — what it meansThe processor, RAM and storage as the manufacturer states them. The amount of RAM affects how smoothly the interface and third-party apps run. | RK3326-S SoC (quad-core ARM Cortex-A35, Mali-G31 GPU); 2 GB RAM; 32 GB storage [1] |
| Microphone count | 2 [2] |
| Camera view | SONOFF and eWeLink cameras, RTSP and ESP32 cameras [2] |
| Heating control | Per-room thermostat and central heating control using external temperature and humidity sensors [1] |
Built-in gateway — what it meansWhich device networks the panel runs itself, without a separate hub: Zigbee, Bluetooth Mesh, Thread. 'Matter bridge' passes the panel's devices on to Apple Home, Google Home and Alexa; 'Matter controller' means the panel adds other brands' Matter devices itself. | Zigbee gateway, Matter controller, Matter bridge, eWeLink-Remote gatewayZigbee 3.0 gateway on a Silicon Labs EFR32MG24 chip; it can be switched to Zigbee router mode (then no devices can be added and local scenes do not run). The Matter hub adds Matter devices; the Matter bridge passes eWeLink Wi-Fi and Zigbee devices, Home Assistant entities and the panel's own relays to Apple Home, Google Home, Alexa and SmartThings. eWeLink-Remote devices per the NSPanel Pro series compatibility list. Thread is not claimed [2] |
|---|---|
Connectivity — what it meansThe wireless link or network the device uses. Wi-Fi connects straight to the router; Zigbee, Thread and Bluetooth Mesh work through a hub or gateway. | Wi-Fi, Zigbee, Bluetooth, MatterWi-Fi IEEE 802.11a/b/g/n/ac/ax, 2.4 and 5 GHz (5 GHz indoor only in the EU). Zigbee 3.0. Bluetooth LE is listed in the EU frequency table. Matter runs over the Wi-Fi network (Matter hub and bridge) [1] |
Hub required — what it meansWhether the device needs a separate hub, gateway or coordinator to work in a smart home. If so, it is sold separately unless stated otherwise. | No hub neededThe panel is itself a Zigbee and Matter gateway; no separate hub is needed [2] |
Home Assistant — what it meansHow the device connects to Home Assistant: a built-in integration, a Zigbee coordinator, Matter or the maker’s cloud integration. | Via a separate integrationThe panel and its Zigbee devices are passed to Home Assistant over MQTT (set up in eWeLink). The Home Assistant app from F-Droid can run on the panel as a dashboard; Home Assistant entities can be passed to Matter platforms through the bridge [2] |
Works without internet — what it meansWhether the device keeps working over the local network or through a hub when the internet is down. Cloud features (remote access, voice assistants) need the internet. | YesThe built-in relays work without internet; Zigbee devices and local scenes run on the panel itself, and since firmware 4.5.0 they can be added without an eWeLink account. Wi-Fi devices from the eWeLink cloud and remote access need internet [1] |
App — what it meansThe maker’s app used to set up and control the device. | eWeLink; Home Assistant app via F-Droid [1] |
| Zigbee chip | Silicon Labs EFR32MG24 [2] |
| Zigbee router mode | YesThe panel can act as a repeater for another Zigbee gateway; in this mode its own devices and local scenes are unavailable [2] |
Max current per channel — what it meansThe highest current one built-in relay handles (resistive load unless stated otherwise). For LED lamps and motors the allowed power is usually lower; the combined limit for all channels is in the note. | 5 AResistive load; 10 A total at most. LED load up to 150 W per channel at 240 V (75 W at 100 V). A 10 A MCB or RCBO is required upstream [1] |
|---|---|
Power source — what it meansWhere the device gets its power: 230 V mains, an adapter, USB, batteries or a built-in battery. | 230 V mains100–240 V AC, 50/60 Hz [1] |
Supply voltage — what it meansThe supply voltage (and current, if stated) as the maker gives it. It must match your mains or adapter. | 100–240 V AC, 50/60 Hz [1] |
Max total current — what it meansThe highest total current through the device per the spec sheet. With several channels, their combined load must stay below it. | 10 AResistive load, both channels combined [1] |
| LED load | 150Per channel at 240 V; 75 W per channel at 100 V [1] |
Neutral wire (N) — what it meansWhether the wall box needs a neutral wire. Older wiring often brings only the live wire to the switch; then pick a model that works without N. | RequiredThe wiring diagram connects the neutral wire to terminal N [3] |
|---|---|
Mounting — what it meansHow and where it is installed: in a wall box, on a wall or ceiling, on a DIN rail, on a table or in a socket. | In a wall boxRecommended installation height up to 2 m, on a concrete or other non-combustible wall. The manufacturer also shows the panel in a desktop enclosure stand (not included) [1] |
Wall box type — what it meansWhich wall box the panel is designed for, per its documentation. 86 × 86 mm panels fix with screws 60 mm apart, as on a round European box; check that the housing depth fits your box. Wide panels need two boxes or their own back box. | Round EU box (60 mm screw spacing), 86 × 86 mm box (86-type)The drawing shows the round EU box (60 mm fixing) and the 86-type box (UK etc.). The part of the housing that goes into the box is 49 × 49 mm [3] |
Dimensions — what it meansThe device’s size in millimetres as the maker states it. Check that it fits the wall box, niche or shelf. | 86 × 86 × 39.5 mm [1] |
| Upstream protection | 10 A MCB or RCBO [1] |
Weight — what it meansThe device’s weight without packaging, per the maker. | 190 g [1] |
| Housing material | PC + CRS [1] |
Certifications — what it meansStandards and certifications the maker lists for this model (for example CE, RoHS, Zigbee 3.0, Matter). | CE, RoHS [1] |
Built-in sensors — what it meansSensors inside the panel. A proximity sensor wakes the screen as you approach; a light sensor adjusts brightness; built-in temperature and humidity sensors can be used in automations. | Proximity sensor, light levelThe proximity sensor wakes the screen as you approach; the light sensor (IIC) adjusts brightness. Thermostat functions use external temperature and humidity sensors [1] |
|---|
Colour — what it meansThe housing colour of this model. Other colours in the same series are separate products. | GreyManufacturer's colour name: Dim Gray [1] |
|---|
Operating temperature — what it meansThe air temperature range the device is rated for. The lower limit matters outdoors, on balconies and in unheated rooms. | −10…40 °C [1] |
