The split is tuned for exactly this: on two ports C1+C2 give 45W+18W, and C1+USB-A also give 45W+18W. In practice the USB-C laptop gets 45W while a phone fast-charges beside it. With all three ports in use you get 45W+15W (C1+C2+USB-A), and C2+USB-A alone give 15W.

How is it different from the 30W version?

Can it be controlled from an app or by voice?

No. The Star Ring 65W is a plain wall charger, not a smart socket. The manufacturer states plainly on the official page that it cannot be controlled by phone: no Wi-Fi, no Tuya, Alexa or Google Home integration, and no hub required. You plug it in and it charges.

Does it fast-charge iPhone and Android phones?
