Yes — it has two USB-C ports and one USB-A and charges three devices at once. A note on power: the full 30W is available on a single port only; once two or three ports are in use each combination caps at 18W (C1+C2=18W, C1/C2+USB-A=18W, C1+C2+USB-A=18W).

Can I charge a laptop with it?

A light USB-C laptop (ultrabook, MacBook Air) yes: a single USB-C delivers up to 20V/1.5A, i.e. 30W. For larger laptops needing 45–65W, choose the 65W Star Ring sibling. Use an E-Marker USB-C cable to reach the 20V rail.

Can it be controlled from an app or by voice?

No. The Star Ring is a plain wall charger, not a smart socket. The manufacturer states plainly on the official page that it cannot be controlled by phone: no Wi-Fi, no Tuya, Alexa or Google Home integration, and no hub required. You plug it in and it charges.

Does it fast-charge iPhone and Android phones?

Yes. USB-C supports PD3.0 and PPS — the protocols used by recent iPhones and Android (including Samsung). It also covers QC2.0/3.0, FCP, SCP, AFC and BC1.2, so practically any phone sold locally gets fast charging with the right cable.

Is it safe to leave it charging overnight?

The housing is moulded from UL94 V-0 fire-resistant material, and an NTC sensor watches the temperature and automatically reduces output if the brick heats up. GaN technology keeps the temperature low anyway. As with any charger, use quality cables and a sound socket.
