For a shop or cafe, every day begins and ends the same way: someone opens up, switches on the lights and the sign, starts the climate system, checks the fridges, and in the evening runs the whole routine in reverse. CasaSmart builds automation for HoReCa venues and small retail that takes over exactly these routines. We program open and close routines tied to the venue's real schedule: in the morning the sales lighting, display cases and exterior sign come up gradually, the climate reaches a comfortable temperature before the first customer arrives, and at closing everything drops into economy mode with a single tap or automatically after a set hour. Presence sensors switch off light in the stockroom, office or restroom when no one is there, so staff never have to think about it.

For control we install Shelly relays and switches (we are an official Shelly distributor) on the lighting circuits, the sign and the technical sockets, plus energy monitoring on the important lines — so you can see how much the climate, fridges and lighting each draw separately, not just one number on the bill. The climate is tied in through thermostats and IR or Wi-Fi control, with schedules by day and by zone, so you are not cooling or heating an empty room overnight. Everything comes together in one dashboard, reachable from the manager's phone whether they are on site or at home.

We treat security as a separate, serious layer. We mount and integrate Imou cameras for the floor, the till, the entrance and the stockroom, with local recording and remote viewing, and an Ajax alarm system against break-ins, with motion detectors, door contacts and sirens. For staff we add Anviz access control on the service or stockroom door — time tracking and access by code, card or fingerprint, so you know who entered and when, with no lost keys. The alarm and access can be linked to the closing scenes: you arm the venue and the interior lights go off, leaving only the security lighting.

We work local-first and brand-true: the core of the automation — open/close routines, lighting scenes, climate schedules — runs on a local hub (usually Home Assistant) over Zigbee, Matter, Thread, Wi-Fi, BLE and IR, so the basic functions can keep working locally even if the internet drops. The consultation is free; the on-site visit and the detailed technical design are paid services, and equipment cost comes from the catalog.
