Private house

A private house is not just a bigger apartment: it has several floors, a perimeter to guard, an access gate, its own boiler and often a yard with a utility room. So we start from a real survey of the house — how many climate zones, where the heating runs, where the water points are and which access routes exist. From that we propose a phased solution: in a new build we can run a KNX bus for lighting, blinds and climate, while in a renovation we use Shelly (we are an official distributor) to bring automation onto existing wiring without breaking walls. Everything ties into a local Home Assistant hub, so core scenarios — lights, heating, away mode — can keep working locally even if the internet drops.

Home security is designed in layers. At the perimeter we mount Imou cameras that we integrate for the yard, entrance and gate, and for the alarm we install Ajax with motion, opening sensors and sirens. Gate and pedestrian-access control join the same app, so you open from your phone or with a code, without separate keys. For comfort we manage heating and the boiler by zone: each floor or important room has its own thermostat, you see and adjust temperature per level, schedule nights and save in unused zones.

Water protection is mandatory in a house with a boiler, manifolds and several bathrooms. We fit leak sensors at the boiler, the washing machine and under manifolds, linked to motorized valves that shut off the water automatically at the first detected drop. We add consumption monitoring, alerts on extreme temperatures and, optionally, an Ecowitt weather station (official distributor) to align yard watering and blinds with the real weather. We use real protocols — Zigbee, Matter, Thread, Wi-Fi, KNX — and pick the right bus for each function instead of forcing one protocol everywhere.

The client gets a system that is designed, installed and commissioned, with one app for the whole house and role-based access for the family. The initial consultation is free; the on-site visit and detailed design are paid services, and device costs come from the catalog depending on the number of zones and the chosen level of automation. The final estimate is made per project, after the survey, so you don't pay for features you don't need and can expand the house in stages, year after year.
