The CasaSmart office solution turns an ordinary workspace into one that runs itself — predictably and securely. We start from what an office manager actually deals with: who enters through which door, what happens in meeting rooms, who turned off the lights on Friday evening, and how much the office draws when nobody is there. Instead of keys and manual thermostats, we install Anviz access control on every important door — main entrance, server room, storage, management offices — with cards, PIN or fingerprint, so each employee has their own access rights and an offboarding means revoking one card, not changing locks.

In meeting rooms we tie climate and lighting to schedules and presence: the air conditioner and lights come on before the first booking and switch off automatically once the room empties, with no one having to remember. For security we fit cameras and an alarm system covering entrances, reception and high-value areas, with phone notifications and local recording. We use Shelly relays — a brand we are the official distributor of — to switch lights, sockets and electrical loads by channel, so we can genuinely cut consumption rather than just hide it.

All these subsystems — Anviz access, climate, lighting, cameras, alarm, sockets — are integrated into a single local brain, Home Assistant, running on a mini-server in the office. The office no longer depends on five separate apps: one dashboard, one set of rules and automations that link everything together — for example, the last person to leave arms the alarm, turns off the lights and drops climate into eco mode. Everything talks over real protocols: Wi-Fi and Zigbee for sensors, Matter and Thread where it makes sense, plus the native integrations of the Anviz controllers and cameras.

What the client gets is an office that works for the team, not the other way round: managed access with no lost keys, comfortable meeting rooms without waste, security with video evidence, and a smaller energy bill because nothing stays on overnight. Core automations — climate schedules, leave scenarios, scheduled arming — keep working locally even if the internet drops briefly, while remote access and notifications return the moment the connection is back.
