• Is it a Zigbee coordinator like the SLZB-06?

  No. The PoE Extender 1-to-2 has no radio at all — no CC2652 or EFR32 chip, no antenna — and does not appear in Zigbee2MQTT or ZHA. It is a passive network accessory whose job is to POWER the SLZB-06 coordinators over PoE, not to be part of the Zigbee mesh. For the mesh itself you still need a separate SLZB-06 coordinator.
• How many devices can it power, and what is the power budget?

  It has one 802.3af PoE input (up to 13 W) and two RJ45 outputs that share a combined 12.2 W maximum. That covers two SLZB-06 coordinators (around 1.5 W each), or one coordinator plus an IP camera or a small access point. Make sure the total draw of the connected devices stays under 12.2 W.
• Does it need a wall socket or to be added to an app?

  No. The device is passive: it needs no external power supply and is configured nowhere. All power arrives over the network cable from an upstream 802.3af PoE switch or injector. You simply wire it inline (PoE-IN from the switch, the two PoE-OUT to your devices) — plug-and-play, with no firmware or pairing.
• How far does it extend the cable, and on what type?

  It extends both data and power by another 100 m, over Cat5e or higher cable. Those 100 m are additional and counted from the length already run from the switch. As a passive device it does not actively regenerate the signal, so use good-quality cable and stay within the recommended limit.
• Can it power an IP camera or an access point too?

  Yes. Besides the SLZB-06 coordinators, the manufacturer lists IP cameras, access points and VoIP phones as loads. The only condition is the power budget: the device (or the two devices) must fit within the 12.2 W available on the outputs and be 802.3af PoE-compatible.
• In what conditions can it be installed?

  It runs at -10 to 50 °C, with 10-90% non-condensing humidity, and is passively cooled with no fan. That suits a utility nook, an attic or an unheated stairwell. There is no IP rating stated on the official page, however, so mount it away from water and direct dust, not exposed outdoors.
• Can I use PoE+ (802.3at) with it?

  The official page states IEEE 802.3af compliance with an input up to 13 W. Power it from an 802.3af switch or injector; do not count on an 802.3at/PoE+ power budget, since the two outputs are capped at a combined 12.2 W. For two SLZB-06 coordinators that budget is more than enough.
