What warranty does LaxiHub carry through CasaSmart in Moldova?

Warranty from 12 months from purchase, depending on the product, on LaxiHub products bought from CasaSmart. Repair or replacement is handled in Chișinău — no need to ship the device to China/EU. Factory defects: free exchange within 7 business days.

Do LaxiHub products work with Home Assistant and Apple Home?

Most LaxiHub models expose Zigbee 3.0 or Matter, making them natively compatible with Home Assistant (Zigbee2MQTT / ZHA) and with Apple Home via Matter bridge. For Wi-Fi proprietary models (e.g. some cloud-only Sonoff subsets) we can flash Tasmota or ESPHome firmware on request.
