For Sonoff, Moes, IMOU, Gledopto, GVS (KNX), Anviz, and LinknLink we hold official importer or authorized distributor status in the Republic of Moldova. For Aqara we work through an authorized European channel with EU warranty. All Samsung products listed here come with a fiscal invoice and local warranty.
24 months from purchase on all Samsung products bought from CasaSmart. Repair or replacement is handled in Chișinău — no need to ship the device to China/EU. Factory defects: free exchange within 7 business days.
Most Samsung models expose Zigbee 3.0 or Matter, making them natively compatible with Home Assistant (Zigbee2MQTT / ZHA) and with Apple Home via Matter bridge. For Wi-Fi proprietary models (e.g. some cloud-only Sonoff subsets) we can flash Tasmota or ESPHome firmware on request.
